  1. Hi John…I was just wondering if there was any way to download a video from Utube like this very excellent one? I would gladly pay for it if I had the opportunity. Thank for all you do. William

  2. Organization of plate carriers and chest rigs are highly personal. Other than keeping the front relatively unlcluttered and standardize an IFAK location if working with a group, I think whatever works for the individual is best.

  3. I have to concur with (PR), when I was operating in Central America in the early to mid 80’s the only thing that came close to parade dress or TO&E was location of IFAK’s and even that where loose. We didn’t have plate carriers and the only chest rigs were chicom and Rhodesian. I wore sometimes under my LBE webbing. Most of our duties were LRRP missions. So you wore what best worked for you, also mission needs were factor. Also anything out side of (9mm, 5.56, 7.62 or 12 ga) you were on your own for logistics.

  4. Excellent Rourke. Thank you. I think Glen said it perfectly. All this stuff is scary to say the least. Speaking of which when I showed my wife and family the pictures of and what’s going on in Greece. It could almost hear the sounds of a train slamming on the brakes as the look on her face said it all. The OMG..he’s right. It really is happening. I didn’t smack her around verbally with a touch down victory dance, so to say. I gently explained to her. This is real and so we must be getting ready, it’s coming here to the US.
