Mississippi passes pro-gun rights laws

On February 12, 2014 the Clarion Ledger reported that the Mississippi House “passed a trio of gun-rights bills — one to prevent local governments from buying guns to destroy them, another to make clear local governments can’t seize guns during states of emergency or martial law and one clarifying state gun laws preempt local ordinances.

This is evidence that who is elected locally and in state elections matter. We need to continue to support Conservative candidates that support the Constitution as it was intended by the Founders. If the candidate does not support lower taxes, less government and more freedom – pass on them.

  1. Man I just posted a comment in another section about all the pro gun control articles on yahoo, never saw anything about this though. Now if Texas would just follow this example. Thanks for a little good news…

  2. And later, on ‘MSNBCNN SPECIAL REPORT’: Right wing extremist, the NRA and their gun loving leaders put Mississippi children in danger!…. Blood runs in the streets!… hehehe

  3. Too many liberals up here in the Northeast to get any relief on the assault of our 2nd Amendment Rights. New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland and Connecticut have some of the strictest firearms laws in the nation. I live in Pennsylvania and despite the overwhelming majority of Democrats, we still can buy guns and obtain permits to carry a concealed weapon. The anti-gun crowd is going after ammunition now, since Barry failed to get more restrictive firearms laws through the Senate. Get bullets now, while they are available! Cheaper Than Dirt, The Sportsman’s Guide and Natchez Shooters Supplies ALL have bulk .223 REM/5.56mm at reasonable prices. There are boxes available from 120 to 1500 rounds.
