From the Desk of John Rourke – July 8th, 2015

I guess the times are getting to me or maybe I am “waking up” more. My opinions on this world, this country and the people in it and running it are degrading over time. They are getting darker. I believe in the greatness this country once held and the many Patriots that live here. What I once brushed aside as conspiratory I now look at as possible and sometimes very likely.

The ignorant and the evil is what really gets to me. All I have to do is take a trip to my local grocery store to see the ignorant dregs of society. Lines of the entitled buying groceries with my money and your money and often with the belief it is THEIR money.

After that I see people who actually are blaming Republicans for the death of the women killed by the 5 time deported man in California. The facts are that BOTH parties are responsible for the lack of border security.

Did you know the United States gave $440 million dollars to Russia in 2014? How about $447 million to Palestinian territories? What about over 1 billion dollars to Pakistan that allowed Bin Laden to hold up for years?

Meanwhile the VA struggles to provide the proper care to our soldiers and many in the military purchase their own body armor and optics.

Aaaarrrggghhhhh!! There is a reset coming. When? That is the big question.

“The absence of a police state is that people are free, and if you don’t commit crimes you can do what you want. But today, you can’t open up a business, you can’t develop land, you can’t go to the bank, you can’t go to the doctor without the government knowing what you’re doing. They talk about medical privacy, that’s gone. Financial privacy, that’s gone. The right to own property, that’s essentially gone. So you have to get permission from the government for almost everything. And if that is the definition of a police state, that you can’t do anything unless the government gives you permission, we’re well on our way.  – – – Ron Paul”
Mark Goodwin, The Days of Noah: Book One: Conspiracy

Working out yesterday I had a terrible muscle spasm in my back. Very debilitating. Getting better. Went to Crossfit and did on some trigger point work to get the muscle to relax. Hopefully I can avoid having to get another trigger point injection.

Halfway through the week. Hope everyone is doing well.

  1. Hence my long stated comments that a nation in debt should never borrow monies to give away, and the US drowning in debt. How foolish and short sided are our foreign aid programs! There was popular opinion pre-WWII that foreign aid was in fact illegal based upon the premise being that the monies was taken with force implied, from taxpayers only to be given away. It all began with that great social democrat FDR.

  2. Tough week all around for your brother. Like I said yesterday…it’s so easy for all these negative things to piss one off or make them discouraged. Especially, since it’s not some psuedo negativity, if you will. It’s really happening and it slap crazy/insane. The anger and bitterness building in the patriots is more than that evil man, evil people in congress, (not all of them) and the dumb sheeples can bear. They just don’t realize it yet. Here is a taste of what it might look like.

Anti-Police idiots needed the police to save them.

It’s even more funnier that they ran like the little rats they are into a corner, with a stupid little grill and lots of idiot reporters taking pictures after they ran
Hope you get better man. Chinese deep tissue massage in the mall for $20?

  3. I completely understand .. I recently decided .. or maybe reconfirmed my decisions again .. That focusing on TOO much of this negative stuff is debilitating, I have on occasion worked myself up to the degree that it colored my thinking and I made mistakes.. Most often though it causes me to lose focus on working on the things I CAN do something about .. I was, once upon a time in areas where large undisciplined people would get mad and want to fight about this or that. cool .. lets roll right. The people in control of what they did mentally almost always fared better than the ones out of control.. emotionally. Not saying anyone is or isn’t ,, just talking.. I only have so many seconds and I periodically rededicate to not giving a jerk/situation, that I can’t change, any of those seconds I don’t absolutely have to. that’s worse than burning money .. money you can get back.. time you can’t. there is just so much to do and learn .. and IF I am always mad I don’t rest well or I need to rest more .. they aren’t worth it. Read, listen decide and move forward… fix it if you can .. if not leave it lay .. why carry something you can’t use ya know ? Live like FIDO.. “Forget It Drive On” – Clebe McClary (USMC).. Read his book(s) really good .. true hero. I will say age doesn’t help .. once you learn enough .. you wake up and look back and get pretty upset .. you look forward and get even more upset. or I do tend to .. maybe it’s just me. Workout therapy and throwing around heavy stuff is good therapy .. take car of your back John.

  4. Amen John! Millions of a Americans have come to the same thinking! I drive truck long haul and clearly see the national rot! I do not blame local police for their near impossible job. I blame stinking politicians and selfish lobbyists for allowing the 3rd
world “barbarian invasion” of our near dead republic. So-called reset will be a very
dangerous time to experience. The Polish People endured Nazi occupation-a tough
remnant of the American People will also…its’ in our gene pool.
    Kind Regards
    Jim von Oberst

  5. I agree with 99% of what you said, but I can tell you honestly, that since 05 or 06 no ‘Joe’ is buying his own Body Armor, there is plenty of top quality B.A. to outfit everyone in uniform, as far as optics, maybe, maybe not. All active duty units (incl. NG and Reserve units under title 10 activation) have optics for those who need it. They may not be issuing optics to cooks and clerks, but the front line troops all have what is needed. I guarantee it.
