I have been a little slack on responding to comments and emails lately. Jonathan is giving me problems and it is keeping me AFK(away from keyboard). If not aware – Jonathan is my 16 year old son. Got me behind on judging the most recent Guest Post Writing Contest. I apologize…..

Just received an assortment of Kydex holsters from Kinetic Concepts Tactical. Really like the Gerber Suspension multi-tool holster as well as the AR magazine belt holster. Reviews coming soon……

I just started using an App and website – Logging everything I eat and all my workouts. You can connect with “friends” and compare workouts, diets, etc. The diet tracking part is what I really like.

  1. Don’t feel bad about getting behind. I personally just got put on night shift. Nothing quite like going nocturnal. Its when all the bad stuff happens.

  2. I’m sorry about the problems your son is giving you. Hopefully he will turn around soon. I have a friend who raised to boys and she likes to tell me that they are mostely “little A-holes” from age 15-18 and then they come back to reality.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE fitness pal! I’m on thier! If you’d like to be friends email me and I’ll give ya my user name. I ve used it since September and I’m down 25 pounds! It’s great seeing each night what your progress would be in 5 weeks based on how good or bad you were for the day.

  3. Rourke-yes we all have had tough times with our teens-but believe me it does get better. It helps if one remembers oneself at that age.
Hang in there.Hugs n prayers, Arlene
