TSLR’s Basic Beginning Running Plan for me

Ryan over at the Total Survivalist Libertarian Rantfest came up with a running program for me. I work out regularly with weights, and take Filipino stickfighting (7 years so far) – and could loose about 15-20 pounds.

I am going to give it a shot. Will keep everyone updated.
