Taking pre-orders on 5.56x45mm NATO 62 Grain XM855 Penetrator rounds

Ammo IN A Can Professional-500x500I have just found out that ReadyReserveAmmo.com is expecting a shipment of 5.56mm NATO 62 Grain XM855 Penetrator rounds this week. They are currently taking pre-orders.

I know many of you are looking for ammunition including 5.56mm. At the price that 5.56 ammunition is selling for – around $1.00 per round – take advantage of his deal. Currently they are selling 30 rounds in a long-term storage can or $16.95.  This works out to be a bit above .50 cents a round.

Also – last I looked they still have .22LR in stock and are taking pre-orders for 9mm.

For more information – visit ReadyReserveAmmo.com. I  believe pre-orders must be called in.

Keep your powder dry!

  1. At their website the state that .223 and 5.56 are “interchangeable”. They are NOT. A weapon in 5.56 caliber can shoot both, but a weapon in .223 caliber can ONLY shoot .223 ammo. Please be safe!

  2. Thanks for the heads-up Rourke. I got my order in. Don’t worry, I left enough for everyone else too…lol. I ordered today (2-5-2013) over the net and it didn’t say pre-order, seems as if everything went fine. Let you know if anything changes.

  3. This is way too much to pay for .223 (over 2X usual)($.50 a round is what I’d pay for tracer) As long as you all continue to pay these panic buy prices, the costs across the board will STAY high. The longer you do it, the higher the post panic prices will settle to. Unless you have NOTHING, I would advise to wait. Regards, D.

Part of the price for these is the packaging. Granted – we USED to be able to buy these rounds cheaper. Just trying to pass on some help to readers who have ammo needs.
