Should I change ModernSurvivalOnline’s appearance?

I have been thinking of changing the appearance of this blog for the past couple weeks. I like it fine – however it does look quite different than many other preparedness blogs. This blog is darker than most. I wonder at times if that negatively effects people when they first arrive here.

Any thoughts?

Here is an example of one I was looking at – click on it you should be able to see what it would like like – or close to it. Themes require customized settings.

    I like this theme fine, you could try to tweek the CSS a little to colors you find more to your liking. However the new theme is fine too. What I would do is reach out to your community and run a header contest. That will do quite a bit for the look of the site overall. Cheers!

    I like the current look except when there is a large section of text it’s hard for me to read the white on dark.

    That is some of the issues I have with this theme. I increased the text size in my browser – andd that helped a lot.

    Well at the end of the day it’s more about the content. Personally I like the dark format but it’s up to you. Keep up with good relevant information and I’ll keep coming back.

    I really like this layout it sticks out a lot better than most sites. The way this flows is the one thing that got me coming here almost daily.
