Starting this week I am going to be posting a list of items to acquire. This is for those that possibly are new into “prepping” as well as to possibly identify an item here or there that may have escaped the veteran survivalist.

The cost of these items will vary – but I am going to do my best to make it affordable. I want to point out that the average family over a short time can build a stock of supplies without making a huge impact on the wallet. Most weeks will add up to around $10.00.

I am going to call this Project: Preparedness.

Also – I will provide a link each week to a downloadable list of all Project: Preparedness items from previous postings (starting next week).

List for this week:

4 – Spring Water, gallons

1 – Peanut Butter, jar

1 – Fruit, can

1 – manual can opener

1 – vegetables, can

That’s it! That should run right around $10.00.
