Preparedness Series – coming soon……

I am planning a series of posts called “Preparedness Series: fill in the blank“.

My goal with these posts are to provide information on a multitude of topics such as food, water, alternative power, gardening, firearms, etc. Once all posts for this series is complete – the posts should be able to be printed and assembled like a book.

I am not an expert in all of these areas – I know a little about a lot. So – I will be doing a decent amount of research on some of these topics that I am most unfamiliar with and reporting the results in my posts.

I may also ask you – my awesome readers – for information that you may have some knowledge of. Guest posts are welcome if you have a particular knowledge or expertise of a particular topic. Also -if there are particular topics you would like to see – please comment and let me know.

Posts will be written from the viewpoint to be able to provide something for the beginner – as well as the more experience.

Each post will include a list of references with links so you can do additional research yourself.

The first in the series will be published hopefully within a week.

How about hunting, cleaning, cooking and preserving a rabbit from beginning to end? Not that a blog is going to make somebody an expert, but guidelines for first time hunters. What’s the best time of day? Best gun and ammo? How do I clean it? Cook it? Multiple ways to preserve it? Tips and tricks from folks with lots of experince.
