Possible bug out location

As I write this I am sitting in Georgia at a possible bug out location.
My brother has 41 acres out in the “sticks”. My preparedness plans are to remain at my main resisence – BUT – secondary plan involves “head’n down the road” – possibly to my brothers place.
I will report more later along with a short anaylysis as well as pro’s and con’s.

Have you made a check list yet? Is there water, shelter, growable land? How far, what travel routs are there, how many, are there any major opsticals (rivers, mountans)? If some of these things are missing, how much will inprovments cost? these are things i considered when i bought our country land. Good luck, and go navy, the SEALS took out Bin Laden.
